Owner (Roofing)

Dennis has over 15 years of extensive construction experience to The Wright Construction & Roofing Company, encompassing a wide range of skills from excavation to roofing and everything in-between. After gaining valuable experience working for various companies, he established The Wright Roofing Company in 2023. Shortly thereafter, in collaboration with his brother- in- law Derik, the company expanded its services and was rebranded as The Wright Construction & Roofing Company. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dennis has a deep connection to the Lake Ozarks area, having resided there for over 25 years. He shares a lifelong partnership with his wife, and together they have raised four children and now take great joy in their roles as grandparents to six grandchildren. Dennis is devoted to providing exceptional service to the community.

Derik Sweeney

Co-Owner (Construction)

Derik serves as the Construction owner of The Wright Construction & Roofing Company, where he oversees all construction and remodeling projects. Known for his expertise and problem-solving skills, Derik thrives on tackling the most challenging projects-those that others may shy away from. His versatility in the field allows him to manage a wide range of tasks with ease and efficiency.

A fun loving country enthusiast, Derik values time spent with his family. When he's not delivering exceptional results at work, you can find him enjoying the outdoors. Whether that's riding in the side-by-side or boating during the summer months. With a lifetime of experience in construction, including a focus on high-end projects, Derik understands that the most crucial aspect of any job is ensuring complete homeowner satisfaction. He is dedicated to delivering quality results that meet and exceed client expectations.

James Hodge

James serves as the General Manager of The Wright Construction & Roofing Company, where he is an integral part of our team-providing crucial organization and leadership. His diverse role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including sales representation and project management show casing his versatile skill set and unwavering commitment to executing projects efficiently while adhering to the highest quality standards. Beyond his professional responsibilities, James values quality time with his family and takes great pride in his role as a husband and father to four children. His extensive background not only includes expertise in roofing and construction but also proficiency in data analysis, networking, and internet connectivity, making him a well rounded asset to the team. James ensures client satisfaction and project success.

Jeremy Leake

Jeremy is a dedicated professional working in the roofing industry, bringing his expertise and passion to every project he undertakes. Before transitioning to roofing, he gained valuable experience as an insurance adjuster, which has equipped him with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the industry. Outside of work, Jeremy is a family man who cherishes every moment spent with his loved ones. He has a strong love for softball, often hitting the field to enjoy the game with friends and family. Additionally, Jeremy is an outdoor enthusiast, always eager to explore nature and take on new adventures.
